Re: League 2, 2nd & 3rd Jan

Did pick up a bit on Sky that someone was concerned about the distance Torquay would be travelling so might be worth considering Darlington. Form looks not bad but h2h's don't - have to look back 8 meetings before a Darlington win.

Rochdale lost last 5 (albeit against higher opposition - 1st, 2nd, 4th & 7th) ? - Nothampton (6th) might be worth considering........

Rushdens only win of late came against a injury hit Chester side and Bristol Rovers seem to be doing OK. BR won the last fixture 3-0 on 4th Sep 2005. Another to mull over ???? 13/8 with Skybet looks appealing

Cheltenham must also deserve a secong look away to Stockport who have also lost last 5 - (not won in 8)......

Wycombe should also beat Macclesfield but as they are unbeaten in 7 this will be a NO bet for me.....

Re: League 2, 2nd & 3rd Jan

holy fcuk is there NOONE that can help the kegman? Have you gave up? werre you pt from the off? Why should he sit there with NOONE that really cares about the big man's coupon. I cant help. I tried for myself with a sexy girl. I tried from here to the back end of beyond to help the big man. Surely there was someone with less than me on his fcuking cake to deal with. Is it all about self? We all dont know what fcuking day it is but surely someone ha a point of view on their div 2 coupon? Are we all just as lazy as i have become? You can help if you wish or you can take. Women take. Are you a girl?

Sorry thats not fair. Ffs there must be a bet here? i aint had a chance to look but it dont mean thatever bloody viewer of this thread doesnt have a fcuking bet. You want me to put it on for you? Nah carry on and do what you do. It dont change me. I'll be back.

Gonna go look Kegman but i'd be wary of Macceslfield as they aint been beat in 8 by my book and its a shite betting against teams that are on the up. Youve sen enough fools this festive season. Surely you wanna help your fellow man that has like? Just tell us what you think. Thats all. As Tiffany once said 'I think we're alone now'

Re: League 2, 2nd & 3rd Jan

Hang on - hang on. I'm working my way down the divisions Mr Grumpy.

Like the Scottish divisions I rarely venture in here as the Odds Compilers have a distinct advantage over me because of my lack of knowledge in those divisions. Unlike my tips in the top 3 English divisions, which when followed is akin to printing money of course!

If I was forced to venture an opinion on this division I would be tempted to back Bristol Rovers away to Rushden & Diamonds. Bristol Rovers have won 5 away from home this season and I expect some of those victories had to be against better home sides than Rushden. The price of 2.60 for the away win is slightly tempting as a consequence.

Cheers for that Komp and no im not a girl

RE: Darlo v Torquay

Personally I think odds on for Darlington here automatically means they shouldnt be backed. Look at Torquays recent form, it really isnt bad and unbeaten in 6. They score and ship a lot of goals, I wouldnt back against them at the odds.

Re: League 2, 2nd & 3rd Jan

Id reckon after that long coach journey Torquay would be dying to stretch their legs. And Im sure they will use the journey time to good effect ... watching vid's of Darlo's last few games and developing hand signals for fast communication on the pitch (like pushing out for offside might be tapping both hands on your head).

I dont know if thats any help to anyone out there.

As for the coupon itself, Ive heard Cheltenham at Stockport looks good ... Cheltenham playing well and Stockport (as always) not. But Stockport did beat Swansea 2-0 in the Cup at home ... so, no bet for me. (except maybe Torquay)

Re: League 2, 2nd & 3rd Jan

never seen you there el Gett1n. Any of your wicked picks in this league? teams are unpredictable and yes why thorw money away on unpredictrableness but heindenbergs theory on uncertainty says that Bristols Rovers can win. Can anyone confirm this with any vodoo or soething simlair? IUt is a bleak week :/ no Handicapman or the new poster on Div 2. Is Div 2 just shite? It seemed good to me when i was getting match reports on it flung in my face with match stats etc. I feel safe in the knowledge that yes i have managed to ostracise my new girlfriend

Re: League 2, 2nd & 3rd Jan

Just spen two hours writing my non league posts so may I be excused for being effeminate? (Though I must confess to owning face scrub and moisterizer -and i'm actually proud I can't spell that word).

Div 2 eh? Was thinking of laying Wycombe at the gas (Bristol Rovers) as their xmas playing schedule has just been mental. Thnkfully in terms of my ante post bet they won but I'd stay well clear of the 1/2 IMO.

Have a soft spot for Cheltenham and I listened in when they beat Chester at home. They haven't conceeded in four league games (not scoring many either) and i maight well be tempted if I can get something above 5/4 against Stockport who are clearly recovering from the trauma that Carlton Pailer inflicted upon them. Is he still playing for them btw? I wouldn't even let him in the ground...

Right I must now attend to my own girlfriend problems, namely frying this rice we had a bit of a barney over as I'd just eat out.

Not just you Komp.
