Re: Scottish Premier League - Boxing Day
Aye another good effort in here from everyone this week. Nice one guys.
In regards to Calderwood. I reckon his job is really going to begin coming under threat now. The public have been crucifying him in the local press up here prior to this game. Calderwood asked them to turn out in their numbers for todays game to show them a new start so to speak and they go down 3-0. Not going to be happy times at the minute and i will look forward to reading the papers tomorow. You have to stand by your managers and give them the chance to turn the fortunes imo but this is quite different i think as Aberdeen are just playing shite. Clueless tactically, no width and no one capable of finishing and putting the ball in the net. I think the fans will give it until Lovells fully fit and Severins back next week and if there isn't a change in their fortunes then it may well be the end for Calderwood and what looked like such a promising time for Aberdeen. |

Re: Scottish Premier League - Boxing Day
No idea about the Hibs drift Beanie as I was at family all day and wasn't near a computer (well apart from sorting 3 of their iPods
). Surprising and that can't have been down to just no O'Connor. I had been at Hibs all week, trying to get them laid at 2.10/2.20 or so but there was no takers. I would have went up to 2.50 but got them sorted last night at the 2.40 put up here.I knew the writing was on the wall for my Hearts/Falkirk bet when the Jambo's went 1-0 up and Falkirk went down to 10 men inside the first 20 odd mins or so. Should be an interesting game on New Years Day. Surprised to see Killie drifting out to 2.06. I had them earlier in the week at 1.94, laid them back at 1.86 when the Boyd deal was confirmed and was considering backing them again last night at 1.95 but just left it. 2.00+ would probably have seen me on but it was a lucky win so can't really say I was gutted I missed out. Saw the big relegation dog fight finished 3-3 ![]() |

so credit where its due to Rix for that one. Falkirk aren't out of the woods as regards relegation yet and Livi and Dunfermline both posted good performances.
