Hills used to do one and so did Corals and Tote up untill last season. they all seemed to have pulled out of it. Anyone tell me anymore?

Corals used to do a goalscorer coupon on the Scots Div One too a few seasons back. Wish we could get that back. Wonder why the bookies have pulled all these coupons.
