Re: CC League One & Two - 25/26th Oct

aye but todays a new day THM and with new dreams and ideas.

I honestly think Bristol City can get something at Chesterfield. Anyone agree? Aye Chesterfield are going ok but to me they aunt that great at home and Bristol city have scored 3 goals on their last 2 away games since the new manager came in. Maybe a wee midweek away trip to Chesterfield will be what the team want rather than the stress of playing at home on a saturday.

Anyone else?

I havent looked at this too hard in all honesty, but if Chesterfield can go in at half time 3-0 up to Huddersfield, they can surely do well against Bristol City ??

Re: CC League One & Two - 25/26th Oct

up to 9 senior players out fro City...what are the odds on Chesterfield again? i'll take a draw up there...

From the offical site:

Several City players are eyeing recalls at Chesterfield tonight as a result of the club's long injury list.

Bradley Orr, Clayton Fortune, Richard Keogh and Guy Madjo are among those hoping to be in the line-up and at least two of them seem likely to start.

Gary Johnson is delaying final selection until the last moment, but could be without as many as nine senior players

Marcus Stewart and Michael Bridges have joined Steve Brooker and Steven Gillespie as the strikers under treatment, while defenders Kelly Youga, Scott Golbourne, Matt Heywood and Jamie Smith are also battling against injury.

Add midfielder Alex Russell, who is only just training again after knee surgery, and you get an idea of the problems facing the manager as he prepares to face an in-form team.

Thats bad news up front and at the back. Midfield's been missing a creator all season. If Wilkshire was out aswell it's be a full house.

13/10!!!!!! You're having a laugh! Doing other things at the mo but I'm gonna go straight to Betfair. Later.......

Spine of the team is out...chesterfield are apparently a very physical side and i've got question marks over our defence. Likely fromy tow could be Quinn (on loan from Peterboro but had a good game and scored against Oldham) and Madjo
who last season was in the Wessex non-league.....

Had 2 points on Chesterfield at 5/4 and covered the high score draws 2-2, 3-3 so I'd love a win but will settle for the 3-3 at 50/1.

The 35 quid i had left with those w@nkers Totesport and couldn't withdraw twisted my arm...honest gov...

First choice full-backs out as are the attack..Brooker is Key for City and we've missed him a lot recently. Think you can get live commentary off the net on BBC Radio Bristol. i'm listening to the club site...go on 3-3....Yeah i'm on Chesterfield,,,Allison just missed a chance...He'll score ex City player.

2-0 Chesterfield. At least I initially swore when it went in...

My 2-2, 3-3 cover's pretty safe now. All Chesterfield this half. No further attacking options on the bench. Bridges injured himself falling over walking his dog can you believe....Yes I can....

Nice one Amp, cheers for that, but commiserations as well if you know what I mean

I always fancied chesterfield for this as I said last night but I was leaving it alone tbh until you said the 9 players out bit, which gave me a reason to back against Bristol as well as backing for Chesterfield
