I use the album "Pyshc Social" by Jedi Mind tricks....erm, I'd describe it as "alternative hip-hop". Their fcuking crazy rapping about god being a spaceman with samples from movies like seven, apocolypse now (sp?Alien?) WWF wrestling. Nuts.

It's hard for me to choose a track as I've just stuck it on and listened to about 5 to recommend. I'd have to go for "books of blood" for it's catchy mecca type chant or "winds of war".

On a similar tip I also like GZA's "liquid swords".

bit of hip-hop there but I'm a rocker at heart.

I love Gza and Wu Tang as a whole to be honest. Lovetheir grimey sound although recent songs have gone towards pop too much for my liking.

But liquid swords is one of my all time favourtie albums. Up there with 36 chambers, reasonable doubt.

Shame Ol Dirty passed away. Craziest musician around.

If you like Liquid Swords and (used to like!) WWF you should definitely check out Jedi Mind tricks - on one they sample the undertaker! one of their tracks is called "raw is war".
But "pyscho social" is very liquid swords-esque. Been listening to it when I do my research for about a year now...
