The games involving Aberdeen sides are as follows.

Hoping to get some nice odds laying a couple, Dyce, Maud and Hall Russel in particular.

Banchory look a nice bet in the all Aberdeen tie too depending on the odds.

I have been asked to go along to one of the sides listed here as they need a striker. I have turned it down for now until my dodgy ankle buggers off.

Know a good few players at Hall Russel, Banchory and Culter so will have some good information hopefully.

I think this a potential gold mine as the bookies are chancing it a bit going as deep into football with this cup.

Let me get back to you Komp as im half cut at the minute.

Spent past 5 or 6 hours in union drinking waiting for my class from 6-9, is that a good idea? I dunno, will find out shortly.

From those odds listed though at the minute i would fancy Benburb and East Kilbride away but this is me saying this on the basis of the home sides and my opinion of them as i know nothing of their opponents so if anyone has any info it would be appreciated.

Hall Russel should be easily disposed of and the odds suggest this.

Glentaner is a dodgy one as they are a good side although they have started off poorly in the league, but it all again depends on the quality of their opponents.

At the minute for definate that Banchory St Ternan at 11/10 looks veyr nice and overpriced in the all Aberdeen tie.

I played against this Buchanhaven side last season for another side in the league and we beat then 2-0 at home and 3-0 away. They were very poor defensively and quite a young side that lacked experience.

This season it seems the same already for them and Banchory have already won away to them 2-0 a few weeks back.

I know 3 of their players so i will get in contact with one of them tomorow and see if they have full strength side but i do think they should be about 4/7 ish and its a case of the bookies not knowing much and thats where this price has come from.

1/2 eh? Not so bad...could be tempted on that - just beat table toppers Whitburn at the weekend, while Camelon were gubbed 3-0 by Edinburgh City.

Doubled up with Beith Juniors perhaps at a nice double at 2.25 or thereabouts...although the Bluebell aren't too bad at home I remember(having said that the Fife League isn't the strongest about.)

Scottish Juniors

Here's a few joint opinions between me and the lad who sits behind me at work who plays for West Calder (and likes his weekly punt on the Juniors).

First off he wouldn't be touching Hill O'Beath at 1-2. Although Hill O'Beath are Superleague side now and Camelon aren't he still thinks it will be a tight game.

From the top, here's what caught the eye.

Sauchie v Johnstone will be a cracking game but a tight one.

Bathgate should be a stick on at Thornton Hibs. Bathgate are 2nd in the East Superleague, Thornton are bottom of Fife with only the ever "dependable" Steelend Victoria below them.

My mate reckons West Calder will be about 10/1 at Bo'ness. He is having £10 on the draw/£10 on the away but thats only out of loyalty, if all goes as expected its an easy home win.

Fauldhouse should also be a stick on at Blackburn. They hit Livi for 9, away from home in the last round of the League Cup groups last weekend and also won 2-0 at Blackburn in the same competition the week before that.

Pollok v Arthurlie will be an absolute cracker. Some tie for the 1st round.

Maryhill won't be a price but last seasons semi finalists v Central Div 2 should be a mismatch.

Clydebank will bring a big support to Edinburgh Utd, may swing the game in their favour.

Whitburn, top of the Superleague, will also be a walk in the park v Tayside Div 1 Blairgowrie. Likewise Carnoustie v Jeanfield.

Are there prices online for any of these games, lad at work is going to Hills at lunchtime for some prices on games he fancies.

I was at the game and we should have won the home game. Even the away game in the replay, were 2-0 up and ended up losing 2 late goals and going out on pens. Would have been a 1/4 final appearance which for a club the size of Dunbar, who ended up being relegated from Lothians Div 1 to Div 2 (the bottom league) would have been some achievement.

Oppose Dunbar when we come into the competition in round 2 this season. Terrible start to the season, think its 8 or 9 games without a win.

Mates just been to Laddies. Minimum trebles. He got 1-2 Bathgate, 1-6 Whitburn and rather bizarrely (and slip initialled by the lad behind the counter) 3-1 Fauldhouse at Blackburn

The price is wrong but he has his slip and will see what happens if they all win. Remember this is Fauldhouse who won 9-1 away last weekend and won 2-0 at Blackburn just two weeks ago.
