All the odds look about right so no bets this week - only Dumbarton came close.

Re: Scot's Div 1-2-3: 3rd Feb

Im actually on 2 or 3 as per the live betting thread d. I wonder how many i would still back this morning? Ive laid Berwick at 1.48 and also taken Elgin at 6.4. I don't think i would bak them this morning. There isnt much about Nelson or Johnston coming back. I'll need to check that.

Stenhousemuir ive taken a small bit of at 2.50. As i say Edin i think today aint gonna be your day but your 2 wins over Stenhousmuir this season puts me off a bit. I would need to read them reports before i could consider putting anymore on Stenhousemuir.

Thats me actually. The rest seem to be in the cup.

Ah well komp, one of us will be right by 4.45

Stenny have been pish at home recently, against all sorts... Which worries me, as we seem to be the team to lose to folk on a shit run!

Nah, i'm confident!

Having done the homework i like Elgin as well Berwick minus Haynes as well ,East Stirling did give them a game last week and Elgin did compete with Dumbarton so 6s false price , would like Johnston to play . Raith appeal as well i was reading that they have 9 players ft now and are much fitter also Carcary making a difference and they have also signed another striker , hope Carcary is fit ,Like Queens park as well going to game , they played well again last weel and use Hampden well E Fife strugling a bit at the moment like Dumbarton a bit as well good at the rock and will be hard to beat , others worth a mention E Stirling aw to Montrose , and i like QOS in the cup , not sure of bets yet.

Dumbarton and Montrose are my only decent bets.

(Small interest bet on Arbroath too of course)

First Division
The Dee have signed Khalid Hamdaoui from MVV Maastricht apparently. He's 25 and will stay at Dens Park until the end of the season. Interestingly, Spurs had a striker called Mouanir Hamdaoui for a while, I have no idea if they're related. Neither do I care.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Second Division
Ricky Waddell has signed a short term contract with Ayr United. He's just appeared back in Scotland after playing in Singapore with Seng Kang Punggoll and before that played with Forfar, Thistle, Hamilton and Falkirk. Which makes this quote from manager Robert Connor a little odd, look: "Ricky has played at a high level and will bring composure and experience to the midfield." A high level? I'm sorry Bob, I'm not sure I concur there.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Third Division
Andy Thomson has signed for Stenhousemuir from the mighty Queen of the South. At only 35, the young striker has signed an 18 month deal. I was being sarcastic there, it doesn't really suit me. For some reason my mother claims to support Queen of the South, Lord alone knows why.

Re: Scot's Div 1-2-3: 3rd Feb

Edins cleaned up Komp gets 6/1 winner i backed Elgin as well along with Raith Dumbarton and hate to say it i was at the game Queens park torture as i had my radio at the game and knew other scores , was going to go down to the dugout and ask Billy Stark if i could get on as a trialist, not much of a game Hampden pitch a bit bumpy , Queens just did not get going , a few times Weatherson made great runs but was not released quick enough was not a free kick that led to Fife goal , but Fife prob had clearer cut chances with Queens most of possesion . Never mind profit anyway. Hope Milners backed Elgin as well . Good to see Arbroath get a result (ante post)

Easy stuff

FAO milners etc, Sellars was back today! Apparently he has an injury to his stomach but has decided against an operation for now, and is taking pain killers until the end of the season.

Re: Scot's Div 1-2-3: 3rd Feb

saw the teamsheet i was not overimpressed with E Fife can see why they have been droping points , but looked quite hard to break down , but Montrose put 3 by them last week , league looks interesting now.

Actually didn't fancy anything in these divisions so didn't back anything. Did quite well in the scottish cup though.

Quicky priced up the scottish card and next weeks card doesn't look that good on first look but hopefully bookies price it up wrong!!!
