Re: Irish premier league fri/sat 20 th

We have a very competive programme this weekend with a couple of tight

games which could go either way, first up friday night's game aT Newry.

Newry@1.72 will fancy their chances against hapless Larne who are terrible.
WIth no manager at present Newry have former striker Ollie Ralph in charge
can he motovate the border club.

Cliftonville @ 1.57 are nailed on certs, on their last visit to the city Armagh shipped 8 goals at G'toran.

Coleraine @ 1.72 will be geared up to take full points against Celts after the midweek defeat against D'tillery who mugged the bannsiders with a late goal.

Crusaders are into a hit and miss period play inconsistent B'mena so it's anyones guess this one i'll sit on the fence Draw @3.20

Glenavon have a tough game with D'tillery who have a couple of players back from suspension after their fortunate win at Coleraine where they were over run for long periods but hung on with good luck, woodwork and goal line clearences. Take Distillery @ 2.00 to win this encounter.

Glentoran are not covincing at the moment and Dungannon are a good alround side and @7.00 are to big, cover with the draw @3.65

Limavady @1.80 can keep Loughgall looking for a rare victory

Now the cruncher Linfield home to Portadown who are in a great run of form ,if the Port's are really up for this game i see them winning and the 3.40 is a good price as they are the match of the blue's in most departments.

Re: Irish premier league fri/sat 20 th

From the games available the three teams i fancy the most are Cliftonville, Glentoran and Coleraine. All 3 who i'll back in a treble. Work at roughly at 2/1 but think its a handy touch. I would also contemplate putting Newry in too, think i may get down and watch the game too, big team in need of a win. Crusaders are another i think will win but wouldnt be too confident. Of the rest id fancy Limavady and Distillery but in the last few games they havent been great and i thought they would have been slightly better odds that that.

In the big game i think it'll be very tight, The Ports are decent odds and cant be rules out after going to the Oval and winning. I think its best not to touch and if push came to shove would slightly favour the home side.

For me

Cliftonville
Glentoran
Coleraine

possibly Newry

Good Luck everyone!

Re: Irish premier league fri/sat 20 th

As a rule i dont back home wins in this league as there is an unusual amount of away victories, so going on that im going for a few aways,

Portadown have already been mentioned by the boys and i think that the 4/1 on offer at skybet represents value. They won at Glentoran a few weeks ago and have come back from a poor start to the league to be up challenging. Linfield are certainly not as untouchable as last year, there is a good chance they will win but the value is with the away team.

Lisburn Distillery are another to have come good recently and i fancy them at 6/4 to win away at Glenavon again at Skybet. Glenavon have a shocking home record with just 7 points from 9 game. The only thing putting me off a big bet is the final of some competition on Tuesday night and they might be distracted by that.

Dungannon at 7/1 to win away at Glentoran with Skybet is my last and it is just a speculative punt really. Glentoran havent been great recently with 2 defeats prior to an 8-0 win against Armagh and an unconvincing win in the cup last week against lower league opposition.
