Re: Scottish Premier League 20-21st Jan

not much i fancy but one word for me - Motherwell!!!!

Why is Motherwell not favs for the Aberdeen game???? Do the bookies know that Aberdeen are playing on thursday night which will cause us problems. This could go two ways we could be pissed off and really up for it and totally tired and lose but saying that Aberdeen form is terrible at the moment and going through a bad patch. Still 2/1 for Motherwell crazy crazy price from that expekt. It won't be that on friday night thats for sure.

Agree with you on that one milners , and I have the same feeling about Dundee Utd...How can they be so big against an obviously underperforming Killie,,,,massive odds especially with Invincible now absent as well....it's simply got to be backed...also the odds on anytime for both Robson and Robertson...need a good reason for someone not to go big on them...please!!

Re: Scottish Premier League 20-21st Jan

Yep, Im with you two lads.

Can't believe Motherwell are that large a price at home. I was at the last Well-Aberdeen game at Fir Park and even though Aberdeen won 2-0, they had about 3 chances and Motherwell were really at fault for both the goals by crap defending. Going by some team news for tonight, they could be playing the same team at the weekend as they will tonight and they've got a few injuries and a few key players playing on whilst only 50/50 fitness wise (Anderson being the main one).

Factor in the point that theres 40+ hours or so between the end of tonights game and the start of saturday one, and the travelling time Aberdeen will be doing (6 hours total between Aberdeen and Edinburgh, and the same to Motherwell and back) and thats got to have an effect on them.

Think Dundee United still aren't showing great away form, but Killie have stumbled recently and theres definitely no reaosn why they cant steal the 3 points. Think the draw might be a distinct possibility as well and I might fancy that a touch more.

Re: Scottish Premier League 20-21st Jan

Quick thoughts - its all been said about Motherwell...Aberdeen could go out and put in a great backs to the wall performance to pull a draw out of the bag, but the +0 on Motherwell at the very least will look very tempting.

Celtic look awfully short and still don't seem to be in inspired form...not interested.

Hearts look too short - Falkirk are too good this season to be such underdogs there. Having said that their strikeforce is a bit weaker than it has been up until now so Im not sure.

Killie looked poor at home to Hibs...after Uniteds cup win I'd agree with eddy that United look the value here.

Rangers...not interested...Hibs game will look at nearer the time.

Re: Scottish Premier League 20-21st Jan

Motherwell also, but just a cautious backing - managed to get 2.94 at BF earlier in the week and they now seem to be moving towards similar odds to the Dons.

The other one is Hibs. I appreciate ICT isn't the easiest place to get a result but Laddies 7/4 seemed a bit wild so had a good bite of that earlier in the week. They seem to have seen a bit of sense and have moved them in to 6/4 which is probably the best you can get now.

Oh yeh and a sneaky lay on Celtic at something ridiculously low.

Re: Scottish Premier League 20-21st Jan

I'm sure Rangers will come away with all the points on Sunday but i just thought i'd mention Adam Hammill who has just signed on loan for Dunfirmline...

Dunfermline Athletic have signed up Liverpool youngster Adam Hammill on loan until the end of the season.
Hammill, 18, has represented England at Under-19 level and the left winger scored against Switzerland in November.

Pars manager Stephen Kenny told The Courier: "He is coming here for experience but the move can benefit us.

"Liverpool see him as having a big future at their club and they offered him a new deal recently to keep him there for the long haul."

I've seen clips of him over the past couple of seasons and he's very good for his age, he shot from the center circle and scored in one game, a good loan signing imo

Re: Scottish Premier League 20-21st Jan

nice info kop

Odds are too short for Rangers but I do expect them to seek revenge for the cup defeat but that doesn't always happen.

I might have a look at overs or something similar.

No other fancies for me.

Re: Scottish Premier League 20-21st Jan

got Dundee Utd @ 3.5 skybet....now cut to 3.00...still a fair price , but top odds are still with Coral's @ 3.75....get on!

Falkirk game will be a right messy affair if this weather keeps up...that's a point to be made about all the games in the gale force conditions...lot of unpredictability involved. But on the plus side I think the outsiders have an edge there, as it can restrict the more talented teams from playing as they usually do.

Anyway , Falkirk +1 @ 1.74 pointbet...is very big according to all available stats...it's worth the cash.
