Re: Coca-Cola League Championship: 12/13th Jan

Much as I hate backing against Leicester, I think I'll have to take that evs -0.5 at Bet365 rc. I have to damn it. Colchester are an almighty home side and I was leaving them on gut feeling really. But not now. I'm on and fingers crossed.

edit: I meant to say, I can't see any dramatic team news or anything.

If Derby change their starting line up I'll be laying them. Put some new blood on the bench to bring on later, fair enough, but disrupting a team that's soared up the league they way they have is downright stupid and they deserve everything they get.

Re: Coca-Cola League Championship: 12/13th Jan

I'm going to take a little nibble on Ipswich. It is almost impossible to predict what they'll do but i never tire of trying and i just think maybe they can shock Sunderland here. Sunderland have made some signings and whilst i think they've def. improved their team quite a bit i'm hoping it will take them a game or two to start playing together.

Ipswich off the back of the win against Birmingham (which probably means they're due a loss) might just have a little confidence waiting to me knocked out of them.

I've been trying for the last 24 hours to convince myself not to do this. Ipswich always surprise (dissapoint) me but the price is just a little too big to let slip.

Re: Coca-Cola League Championship: 12/13th Jan

from Derby official:

Quote:
Gary Teale makes his Derby County debut from the start in this afternoon's Coca-Cola Championship clash with Sheffield Wednesday.

The winger arrived from Wigan Athletic this week and goes straight into the first XI for the visit of the Owls.

Stephen Pearson and Craig Fagan, who were also snapped up by the Rams in a busy few days of transfer dealings, are among the substitutes.

There is a return to the centre of defence for Dean Leacock and he is partnered by Darren Moore, who captains the side in the absence of Matt Oakley.

Arturo Lupoli retains his place after scoring a hat-trick last week in the FA Cup win over Wrexham, while Seth Johnson returns to the middle of midfield ahead of Bob Malcolm.

The visitors, as expected, include former Derby strikers Marcus Tudgay and Deon Burton in their line-up.

RAMS: Bywater, Edworthy, Leacock, Moore (C), Camara, Barnes, S Johnson, Jones, Teale, Howard, Lupoli.

SUBS: M Johnson, Bisgaard, Fagan, Malcolm, Pearson.

OWLS: Crossley, Bullen (C), Bougherra, Simek, Spurr, Lunt, Whelan, Brunt, Tudgay, MacLean, Burton.

SUBS: Coughlan, Folly, Graham, Small, Adamson (GK).

so from new singings only one in start eleven

Young Keemanan, dont fool the public into thinking he's some up and coming young hotshot, he's about as youthful as a very old squid.

But well done!
