All the English Leagues Winners and Runners Up

Hi

I am looking on putting on a big accumulator/combination bet for the top 2 finishers in all the English Leagues.
Here are my thoughts at the moment, some are obvious but some are a little more tricky.

Prem - I can't see beyond the Manchester teams
Championship - West Ham have such a strong squad and Southampton have goals especially with the addition of Maynard. Birmingham progressing well but can't see them continuing.
League One- Charlton looking strong obviously. MK Dons made some interesting signings? Huddersfield the nearly men, again??? Sheff Utd I would say are stronger than Sheff Wed. Not too sure on this one.
League Two - This is a tough one. Cheltenham are on a great run, just like Swindon. Will Crawley keep progressing without Tubbs? What of Southend, Shreswbury and Torquay?

Anyone got any thoughts? Insights?
