will we have odds on the FA Vase and the others before we kick off the season? also the sentanta cup. when does that start? is there any bookies offering odds on the lower leaues?

shall we have a team to finish bottom from each league too? Maybe just 5pts for choosing a team to be relegated or something. We'll offer a prize and any bookie sponsor will be a bonus. I could try and get thius looking as pretty as i can and then go round the non league sites seeing if anyone wants to join this free competition. they will have to register with TDP to join buit thats all. the sooner i get it done the better i suppose. all thoughts and ideas welcome as im just sort of making it up as i go along.

Thanks CG i will go and have a look. im just working on the input form. im glad that we have 2 weeks+ to get it all done. Hopefully have it near ship shape tonight. I'll ask bluesq, stan james and bet365 and the like tomorrow if they want to sponsor it. I reckon we could have 500 quid up for grabs. Hopefully it will get us a few non lage posters in for the season.

If anyone has any thughts on how it should be scored etc they would be welcome. Ive made i 3 selections per league (with odds) and a team to finish bottom. we'll need to work out what pts we get for what etc

the only extra leagues i can see is with that corbet bookie who offer them on the Unibond north and south. Maybe i will need to leave them out unless they sponsored itas i cant se a bookie offering to sponsor a competition that includes markets only offered by another bookie. Maybe have to leave it to what we got. When does the sentannta shield kick off. Its after the season starts isnt it?

Scoringwise.....10pts for each 1st place, 7pts for each 2nd and 5 for each 3rd. 7pts for chosing what team will finish bottom and also folks get bonus pts of a pt per odds (eg 14/1 2nd place would get you 7pts for finishing 2nd and 14pts for te price = 21pts) that sound fair?

oh and i need a title as this aint a form but an actuall content maker so ive made the title NAP ofthe sason or similar. a bonus 15pts id that wins thei league

its in the typical ugly looking fashion of the pages we can make up as theres a lot of work to be done in that side of things. anyhow i think the best way is for us to have a nice big video there. im gonna go for it. try make something that when folks land on it they cant help but want to get involved. take full advantage of the situation etc, im gonna go fart about with a few things. im suggesting that tdp put up half the money too and i want to get my monies worth of this. A few more posters in non league football is worth the bucks imo. I wish i could make graphics like tv adverts etc. im gonna go see what i can make but i am bereathed of ideas and the will. ive got sore hands and feet from sitting again.

You really try and arouse interest Komp and I salute you for that. All sites are quiet at the moment but as we get nearer kick off, hopefully, we'll get more people posting.

Count me in for the competition. I'll try and add some non league comments /links over the coming days to try and help with the interest.

Thanks renrut. I'm still struggling with the entry form but i'll post off some sponsor requests tonight. As long as we get a good weel's worth of 'promoting' it that will do for me. as usual though i have too much on my plate. i feel like just looking at my saurday coupon tonight. As i say if we get 2 oe 3 regular posters in from the competition it will be worth it. they'll encourage the rest of you to post

Are you happy with links going to places like Unibond League and individual team links ? I sometimes think punters would go off to Tony Kempsters website for instance and not come back to TDP. I suppose if TDP is the centre for all non league links that would create traffic for you ? My impression is that spoonfeeding is the order of the day and average punters can't be bothered finding information out themselves.

My idea of a good non league website is to have a well informed fan/punter of each team contributing ( most unlikely and the wish of most websites ) but I suspect, as a start, it might be more like a fan from each league !

Im more than happy to encourage folks to look at sites like the ones added renrut. to me i try to encourage folks to get their head full of information. so much so that they can't help themselves from sharing it. I just want to make things 'easy' for people. All these other sites offer what they offer on what they offer and so does TDP. Tony Kempster's forumisnt that hot on the scottish leagues and folks will come to us for that. Im sure our 'non league internet wraps' wll be as popular as the the sites included within. well to the gamblers amongst us.
