Leeds away record was pretty good and Carlisle's fantastic home record was starting to slip towards the end. I think they were still actually playing well at home and making chances but possibly becoming a little nervy. This is a really tough one but I don't think Leeds should be favourites.

Carlisle beat them 3-1 here in the league too. I don't think I could take Leeds at those odds. Well, I know I couldn't.

I wouldent either allthough they did look the better side, well from the bits i watched anyhow which was the 2nd half against Carlisle.
Odds way too short for a team just beaten at home by them and looking pretty dodgey at the back.

I watched the whole gam slick and Carlisle were the better team by far , ok the Carlisle keeper (ex-city lad)made 2 excellent saves but Carlisle were very neat and ran their bollocks off.
Leeds back 4 was truely awful , slow and lacking in any positional quality.
That last minute goal means it's still wide open but looking at the odds there I think I'd much rather be on Carlisle

Doncaster v Southend, Friday 19:45pm

After a goalless first game at Roots Hall last Friday these two sides will go at it again at the Keepmoat Stadium and at 11/4 Southend could be worth backing to spring a small upset.

Despite the lack of goals, the first leg proved to be an entertaining encounter and while Southend were the better team in the first half Donny had some great chances after the break and it would have been mission accomplished but for striker Paul Heffernan needlessly getting sent off for a headbutt three minutes from time.

Despite the fact Heffernan will be missing for the return leg Donny are still favourites with the bookies and with a good home record and a third-placed finish to their name it is easy to see why, but to the write off the Shrimpers would be a dangerous game to play.

As the first leg showed there is very little to separate these two sides and while Steve Tilson will be disappointed not to heading to South Yorkshire with a lead to protect, his men know that this game has all of a sudden turned into a one-off cup final and on form they have to be respected.

Tilson's men have now lost just one of their last 16 matches and on the road have won five of their last seven to highlight how well they are playing away from Roots Hall at present, so the 11/4 on offer looks well worth having an interest in.

With 10 away wins already to their name this season the Shrimpers have shown time and time again they know how to do the business on the road and, while Donny have the third best home record in the division, they have only managed to win two of their last seven games and the loss of Heffernan is far from ideal.

When it all comes down to it there really isn't much to separate these two sides, but Donny look plenty short enough at 11/10. Southend are in the better form and with no new injury or suspension concerns to worry them, they look the value in what should be another entertaining encounter between two sides where one goal could prove to be all the difference.
