Elgin are surely worth a look at evens against East Stirling given their recent charge towards the play-offs?

Im not sure about this one to be honest. Our run can't last forever and this could be the game where it all goes wrong. Shire have just ended thier long, long run without a win and are in with a chance of not finishing bottom, so are going to be up for this. We lost 3-1 there earlier in the season and even back when they were much worse than they are this season, it was still a ground where we slipped up a couple of times.

Im going to have to have a long think about it myself before deciding if im going to back us.

One thing I will say though is we played them two weeks ago at home and won very comfortably 3-0 and could've easyily been double that. But that was a Shire team very low on confidence, who knows what the win at the weekend against Albion will do to them.

Re: 5th April Scottish 1-2-3

Think you're correct Wet Sail, Elgin look good to beat East Stirling. Pretty good recent record there (apart from the last), 3-0 2-0 2-0....evens a good price too.

QOS surely to beat Stirling, cannot see any Braveheart antics here....

Dundee are chasing points and must beat Morton fullstop, it's gonna happen.

And finally Montrose to cement their play-off credentials and devour the lowly Forfar.

Can't wait to hear Parksy's views, always worthwhile..

Keep the blues alive

Re: 5th April Scottish 1-2-3

ladbrokes has made a mistake with their odds for the albion v arbroath game.....they are going arbroath to win h-tf-t at 5-1......it should be 12-5......it wont be long untill they catch on....i think arbroath have a good chance to be leading at half time in this game....albion are a poor lot.....

Re: 5th April Scottish 1-2-3

its not like ladbrokes to make a mistake like that.....they have albion at 12-5....h-tf-t....instead of arbroath........

Re: 5th April Scottish 1-2-3

the best team in the leauge ross county will beat the bottom dogs and the worst team in the leauge berwick very easy......if they cant there will something very badly wrong......it looks 1 of the banker bets of the season minus goals......ross county can win the leauge on saturday if airdrie slip up......so county will be going out all guns blazing....this should be a big win here folks.....

Re: 5th April Scottish 1-2-3

and i def think that arbroath will beat that poor out of form albion team who have nothing left to play for....apart from maybe the wooden spoon......arbroath def need a win here to keep in the play offs.....i think they will do the buisness this saturday without a shadow of doubt......arbroath have been a jekell and hyde team this season but even they shouldnt slip up in this game......if they play anywhere near their best they will win this game.....

Re: 5th April Scottish 1-2-3

Just to let you know parksy, in thier past two meetings, Albion have beat Arbroath 4-1 and 5-2. Im backing Albion on Saturday, but more out of hope for Elgin's sake than expectation.

Re: 5th April Scottish 1-2-3

the team is east fife......yes my old favourites.....i cant resist them at home to a poor team like dumbarton.....who must be dog tired.....they have played a lot of games this past few weeks......east fife are showing no signs of taking it easy....they fought like tigers to beat forfar last saturday.....4-7 at home to dumbarton will do me.....if east fife try at all they will win easy......
