Curse you Winrew!! I came in to post about
Carlisle but I can't be arsed now. Ehhm, yeah. How can you argue with their stats? That home record is awesome and add to that 0 defeats in 10 (8 wins) with only 4 goals conceded AND a good looking win at Forest not too long ago (I think they were a tad fortunate there but Forest do miss chances - their own fault). 2.15 @
Pinnacle I see

OH! Forest only 1 win in 6 and not scoring. They miss chances. Told you.
OH!!! And for lovers of the under 2.5 - last 3 between these sides have been under with Carlise winning the last two 0-1 and 1-0 with the other 0-0 AND!!! Forest under 2.5 in 5 from the last 6 and Carlisle always pretty good for the old under 2.5 being as tight as they are.
If you want something to worry about for this game: Forest won at a tough Northampton recently. Their only win in the last 6. Gulp?
And
Cardiff for me look a decent shout @ 3.00's at
Betfair (that was last night) - not lost in 5 - 3 good home wins in a row seeing off Hull, Bristol City and a Southampton side who had only lost 1 in 7 and Cardiff still pushing for a playoff place I think.
The Hull and Bristol City victories in particular are pretty impressive and this West Brom team really look to be stumbling along and sweating a bit. They don't scare me. Well, a little.

But if they can beat Hull and Bristol City there then they don't need to fear WBA. Confidence fellas. Come on.
Sheffield Wednesday too to edge it perhaps. 1 loss in 9 (West Brom), apparently battling hard and playing well - unlucky not to beat Crystal Palace recently (injury time equaliser) and Brian Laws sounding suitably fired up. Hard fought 0-0 at Coventry recently too and home advantage maybe enough to see them through and level on points with the visitors.
Sorry I'm being so brief but really pushed for time. I'm not reading too much into Coventry's 3-1 win over Plymouth by the way as Paul Sturrock has admitted it was all his stupid fault for messing with his in-form team. You fool!!! Coventry had only scored 5 in 10 before that game if I recall (not 100% but I know they were struggling to score).
One wee thing nagging at me is this on the
BBC site:
Quote:
Sheffield Wednesday manager Brian Laws:
"We want six points without doubt and it would give us a foothold in our survival. "The most important thing is that we don't get beaten".

Hmmm. Still good enough to nick it though I think. And team news is ok as far as I can tell:
Quote:
Sheffield Wednesday boss Brian Laws is sweating on the fitness of Richard Hinds, who picked up an ankle injury in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Stoke. Laws has no other fresh injury or suspension worries to contend with.
Coventry striker Leon Best remains absent as he completes a two-game ban for collecting 10 bookings this season. Michael Doyle (hernia) and Stephen Hughes (knee) will play despite their injuries so City should field the same side that beat Plymouth on Saturday.

Nice. Coventry having to field injured players huh? Oh - under 2.5 as well. Looks like it may be as tight as the 0-0 in March. More specific? 1-0 home win. 'Owls that for a tip? Haha. 'Ow's that? Geddit?
Anyways. Those are the only games I have looked at so far. I may have another fancy or two. Might keep them secret though.
