Well you know what im about to say about all these games...theyre too tight and too haaaaard.

Clyde looked poor at the weekend and st Johnstone weren't much better. I think without looking tathe table that St Johnstone's season is effectively over. Clyde will still be battling away. Stirling im pretty sure have been the better team in all three games v Dunfermline this season. still a hell of a lot for them to play for. Could you take them to win though? I could maybe take them not to get beat.

East Stirling couldnt hit a cows arse with a banjo at the mo and Dumbarton just dont have a banjo. Could see a poor 1-1 draw or similar. Im sure there are points to bet on either team but i dont think theyre all that valid. No bet, no bet and no bet for me

But where is the motivation Shibuya? I would need to check but i believe St Johnstone will be drawing dead and Clyde have done ok v St Johnstone. If i was getting 8/13 or better..nope make that nearly 4/6 then i might be interested in St Johnstone but definetly not at 1/2. Maybe im just expecting too much from a Clyde side that can be tenacious on their day. Actually im sure clyde have never played 2 bad games in a row this season either. Theyve got bounce-back-abilty. Maybe im just overly cautious Shibuya but ive seen plenty of better 1/2 shots than St Johnstone are tomorrow. I havent even looked at the league tables mind but i would say its getting nearly mathimatically impossible for St Johnstone to go up.

St Johnstone's price wouldn't have me crossing the street, must admit.

That said, Clyde were rank on Saturday by all accounts and Saints had to play on a pathetic surface at Partick. All comes down to the motivation and when you look at it that way, only one team has anything to play for - and that's Clyde. Makes the Super J's price look even worse to me.

we have come to the time of the year when some teams have something to play for....and some teams havent......punting on the teams that havent is a risky buisness.....not for me.....i like to bet on teams that are going to bust a gut to win....not on teams that dont give a fcuk.....

this game.....if they want to catch clyde they must pick up 3 points here....dunfermline
have nothing to play for......i cant see them busting a gut here.....stirling are not a good
team but they can beat dunfermline here i think....but it is a chancey bet.....but i think
its a bet worth doing......21-10 i seen somewhere tonight.....i think ill have a punt on
that......ill have to check out the asian handicap as well.....stirling give top dogs hamilton
a good game last saturday....hamilton lucky enough to get the 1-0 win.......this looks
easier......

im pretty sure thatup untill the last match between Stirling and Dunfermline Parksy that Stirling have played really well v Dunfermline even thouh they might not have had a result. I havent checked but i i remember i quite fancied them v them last time and i forget how that one went. I think a lay of Dunfermline might be worth a look

its a chancey bet komp but as i said stirling might be worth a few quid tomorrow night....
they are 21-10 to win the game with vc bet......they are very near 6-4 on the asian
handicap at 0.......that means if they draw you get your stake refunded......and they are 7-10 on the asian handicap at +0.5 that means if they draw or win you win your bet......7-10 FOR A DRAW OR A WIN IS VERY TEMPTING.......i might be tempted into doing a big bet on that......

these teams with nothing to play for ill be giving them a miss......ok backing the bottom team is risky but at least you know they are trying......that does me even if they dont win.....at least you know they did their best......i see east fife are evens against forfar this saturday.....if i would have got that price a couple of weeks ago i would have jumped at it....but not now....

ive learnt by my mistakes in the past......even the great gretna team that won that 3rd div a few years ago took the foot of the gas as soon as they had the title in the bag......
i can remember placing a large bet on them at home against the bottom team after they had the title in the bag and i can remember having a sore head that night when they didnt try an inch and drew the game 0-0 i think.......from that i never back teams with
nothing to play for.....its a mugs game......

Morning (evening Parksy) I was gonna go into forum hiding for a few days there but i cant. My problem is that i have friends and family that read The Daily Punt and it's their only way of seeing what i am up to. I mean them no harm i just don't want to have to think about life etc but it's hard when it could all be just one post by a person away. Maybe i will just hide out here. Nope i have a better idea.....
