Re: 4-5th March Coca-Cola League Championship

Looking at the coupon one that stood out I thought was West Brom but if you look a bit closer then you have to go back till 8/10/2000 for last time WBA beat Sheff Wed.

3 wins for Sheff Wed and 3 draws.

And out of last 7 away from home WBA have only won 2. Away to Leicester and Hull.

They may still win but not for me. Ipswich cost me at the weekend so they are another no for me.

Nothing else sticking out. Possibly Burnley away to Hull but that would probably be for interest stakes.

I'm on Ipswich at 1.80 and Plymouth 1.66 in a nice double , both good home teams against teams out of form.

Liking Ipswich myself, their home form is super. Also fancy Charlton to get the job done.

Re: 4-5th March Coca-Cola League Championship

I cant help myself and will be backing W.Brom. We all waitting for them to speed up and to make same nice run of results and make their promotion clear. Scheff. W on abysmal run. I might regret it, but am already on WB

Second one I like is C.Palace. Cardiff with short bench was never good when playing nmany games, midweek, weekend. Hav eto try.

West Brom are in dire need of some points to get their promotion campaign back on track and as you say Sheff Wed have been in poor form. WB should gather all 3 points

Watford Over 2.04
Palace -0.25 1.90

Can see the Hornets getting 2 possibly 3 tonight and so greater than evens is worth taking.

Also ive been impressed when Ive seen Palace and think they could just sneak this.

Re: 4-5th March Coca-Cola League Championship

Quote:
Coventry boss Chris Coleman will recall midfield duo Michael Doyle and Stephen Hughes for the home clash against rejuvenated Coca-Cola Championship rivals QPR.

Doyle is available after completing a three-match ban and Hughes has recovered from concussion, and Coleman is almost certain to hand the pair starting roles.

The duo's availability is a major boost to Coleman as he seeks to engineer an upturn in fortunes at the Ricoh Arena.

The former Fulham boss, who has no other concerns, is facing a fight to keep the club in the Championship.

His reign began with a 2-0 home win over neighbours Leicester but Coventry have since been subjected to away defeats at Burnley and Scunthorpe.

Coleman said: "We have got a lot to improve on and we have got 12 games to do that.''

QPR are likely to be without midfielder Gavin Mahon once again.

Mahon has missed the last three games with a medial knee-ligament problem and is unlikely to be risked, especially with Mikele Leigertwood performing so well in his absence.

Leigertwood cracked a superb double in Sunday's stirring 3-0 win over Stoke and will keep his place alongside Martin Rowlands in the engine room.

Luigi De Canio is unlikely to make too many changes to his side, but he will choose two from Patrick Agyemang, Rowan Vine and Dexter Blackstock in attack.

Winger Gareth Ainsworth got a late run-out as a substitute following a back injury and will hope to be on the bench again.
