Re: 8-9th Feb Coca-Cola League Championship

Charlton v palace- I may have an interest on the home here , aways are like rocking horse shit in the CCC and Charlton are ok at the Valley - Palace going ok but all bubbles burst.

Cardiff v Norwich see's 2 form teams clash , I favour the home result more but may not have a bet unless I get better than evens

WBA again anyone? nah , not away and not at that rubbish price

Bristol back at home against a dour Wednesday , could be one for the list

Burnley I'd rate a more likely winner at lowish odds than most of the rest , I like them and they should win this with spare.

Hull again should win this easily

and now it's the CCC version of the irrestiable force meets the immovable object.Home specialists Ipswich v canny away day team Watford. Drawey

Preston at home over evens to a poorish away team , oh yes they are down on the list , nice price that

Sheff Utd may well beat the hell out of Scunny but I wont care at them odds

Soton 2.30 to beat QPR . What on earth has happened to Saints? QPR away possibly but I want bigger

Wolves v Stoke will be tight , low scoring and a draw

leicester at home over evens against struggling Plymouth , worth a note is that

Re: 8-9th Feb Coca-Cola League Championship

I think there's enough factors that point to the home win at The Valley on Friday.
I love the signing of lee Cook on loan from Fulham, he's a great winger at this level and maybe higher. He will improve them. Also as I intimated away wins are not common and Charlton can be backed at 2.3 against a team who have lost away at Leicester and drawn at home to Southampton , not the best of form. Charlton have won their last two home games , 4-1 v Blackpool and an impressive 1-0 v Stoke.
I'm on them
Charlton 2.3 7/10

Posted this on GMK. Food for thought......

Quoting the RFO again re Coventry's chances against Preston....

We put up Coventry in the HotLine Late Extra shot last Saturday, in part because I was convinced that their superb cup form might just surface in the league. It did and now it just might continue.
They have already won five aways despite having had THE TOUGHEST AWAY SHEDULE IN THE LEAGUE. The 4-0 win ended a run of 18 games without a clean sheet.

I was unaware we had had THE TOUGHEST AWAY SHEDULE IN THE LEAGUE to date.

Will we make the play offs ? It's a tough call, but we will know soon enough as they have to start winning games now to stand any chance.

Bristol City couldn't have asked for a better team to try an bounce back from the comprehensive defeat at QPR at the weekend with a nice looking price too.

I agree and I'm on them to HM. The worry is your last 2 homes and your failure to find the back of the onion bag of late.
I see you have bought Adebola to try and adress that and this is crucial too:

Quote:
Wednesday will also have a few players missing on Saturday. City have refused permission for Enoch Showumni to play against his parent club, Tommy Spurr misses out due to suspension and Frank Simek, Akpo Sodje, Steve Watson and Francis Jeffers and Jermaine Johnson all also miss the game.
That's enough for me , good home team , bad away team , injuries for one , new blood and captain back for the other

Its strange how wed gave me the impression of derby. Low performance, numerous missings... this is more a bet against wed for me

west brom 6-5 at ladbrokes?
west brom are taking 4000 fans to oakwell today and sold out 6000 fans for next weeks fa cup game at coventry. the feelgood factor is back at the hawthorns and fancy them to bag a few today at oakwell, if they can defend setpieces for once (a big if!) they should win this at a decent price as barnsley look to be in freefall. also fancy bristol city and hull.
what about the grudge match between holloway and plymouth? can the foxes be trusted yet?

I think so Broms, I fancy them at a nice price there and may stick some of the loverly Charlton money on it.
Cant trust any team on the road in this pack though mate, I'd need 2/1 before even looking into it these days as a matter of course
