I'm having a couple of bob on Birmingham tonight. Not much between these teams but I think with the likes of McFadden being added to the squad by McLeish then they will truely be a tough nut to crack. They've also got some Argentinian as well. Murphy from Hibs I dont think is fit but with McLeish adding to the squad and maybe more to come I think the 'regulars' might have to play for their spot and if Birmingham can get a result away to Arsenal then I'm willing to have a wee punt on them getting one against Sunderland.

Granted Sunderland also have a couple of signings but I think Birminghams ones will have a bigger impact.

Couldn't have got that much further away from what actually happened. McFadden hardly touched the ball and Sunderland newbie scores on his debut.

Quite like the look of Spurs at Everton tonight, their record recently looks good with the africans missing and cahill and hibbert suspended maybe worth a small punt on the other team from north london !!

Spurs at 2/1 is an awful price imo. I was gona say but good luck anyway but I absolutely wouldnt mean it

If all outcomes were equal 2/1 would be a fair break even price but theyre not, there is no way Spurs are more likely to win than Everton at Goodison so i cant see how it can ever be a value price regardless of outcome. At 3/1 I could see an interest but never 2/1.

Our team is definitely weakened without Yobo, Cahill, Pienaar and Yakubu but I feel the prices fully reflect that as a result.

Although having said all that Dawson is suspended so a Tottenham win makes perfect sense. 100pts lump on
