betfair
Man Utd -2.25 @ 2.37
Fulham +2.25 @1.66

Man Utd -2 @ 2.03
Fulham +2 @1.97

Man Utd -1.75 @ 1.7
Fulham +1.75 @ 2.33

I'll be on Man U -2 ,but I remember saying to myself after that West Ham win @ O.T. last season that no team should be over 20s in the EPL. Fulham are available @24 with betfair... isn't that a value bet ?

Re: The Premiership: 1-3rd Dec

I'm on Man Utd -2 as well. For the life of me I cannot see Fulham scoring. Saha to nab a goal against his old team ?

I don't think Man Utd will scrape it 1-0 and as I don't see Fulham scoring then 2-0 is the obvious score for me so on that basis I'll risk them getting another.

As the Man Utd -2 pays slightly better than the Over Market which sits at 3.0 on Lads - if they win 2-0 then its money back where as the OVER bet is down.

Man Utd -2 for me also, I cannot see Fulham getting close to them tonight, Man Utd cannot afford another slip up and will go all out for an early goal. If they score early this could turn into a 4 or 5 goal game.

Re: The Premiership: 1-3rd Dec

Changed my mind before placing the bet as Fulham have a decent defensive record ,their record this season pl14 W2 D7 L5 F:A18:22 pts13
In those 5 defeats they have always conceeded 2 , only two matches have been 2-0 .
With Fulham's record I have taken the Man U -1.75 @1.72, which gives me a small profit on the 2 goal margin and a larger one on the 3 goal margin.
Could have gone on the Man U -2 with a saver on 2-0 C.S. but it goes against the grain for me to bet on the correct score.

Re: The Premiership: 1-3rd Dec

Can't really go against the grain here. 3-0 is the score line that keeps flashing through my mind but as mentioned the overs is an unattractive price.

Traeth makes a valid point about the Fulham price (25's now). I'm being tempted in to Man U on the handicap and a cheeky couple of quid saver on Fulham on the off chance that someone in the defence "does a titus"

Re: The Premiership: 1-3rd Dec

Healy on the bench???? Whats that all about, he is by far there best striker, god why didn't I wait for the team news. Kuqi is a terrible striker, (cue him scoring tonight) and Man Utd look really strong.

Re: The Premiership: 1-3rd Dec

No Q, that was just where my mouse had been hovering above the squad list.

I presume Sean Davis isn't actually Sean Davis, mainly because he doesn't actually play for Fulham anymore. It's more than likely Steven Davis, making it a 4-5-1 for Fulham.

Kuqi up front as the lone striker really doesn't inspire much confidence in the Fulham side.

One thing I was looking at earlier was the first half stats for Fulham's matches. They've only actually trailed at the break once in their fourteen matches so far, having won seven and drawn six. Their away record reads 4-2-0, that includes a lead against Arsenal and draws against Liverpool and Chelsea.

United's first half record reads 6-6-2, at home it's 3-4-0 (including draws against Wigan, Sunderland, Spurs and Reading).

A half-time draw is 3.45 on Betfair and seems well worth an interest, or a lay of ManU/ManU double result at 1.61.

If you hadn't said it then I would have looked a tit instead Quandram. It would be a bit spooky if the guy did get sent off now.

I feel for anyone who's backed Tevez to score as he's had three decent chances and one cracking effort saved
