Re: Scottish Bells Challenge Cup: Tue 19th Sept

I dunno what to make of them games. Morton ht/ft? aye probably. Infact i can see morton being 3 up for ht. Need to look at todays disator for them but maybe that can spurn them on a bit. Wee Linn etc will be playing and they'll be playing for a place in the 1st team next saturday. just give them the chance.

Dunfermline i could be interested in depending on team news. nope i am interested in them. Airdrie's stadium should play into their hands and if they take a reasonable support along then that will help.

ayr v Partick is a tough one to call so i wont. the st j brechin game doesnt interest me.

Re: Scottish Bells Challenge Cup: Tue 19th Sept

I was just about to get a little animated over that Dunfermline price (11./10 Coral) when i rememebred hold on scottish midweek 'diddy' cup. Ill calm down. Airdrie always do ok in these games but only when theyre away from home imo. Aye im back onto this Dunfermline price but i would need others opinion on it. It feels like the sort of game they should win and it really could be the game to jump start their season. I havent read reports as ive been in bed all day. How they play at Dundee?

Morton are 5/4 ht/ft at Stan James. Thats tasty. Fcuk that is tasty. Shit i want some of that and i want it now.

Re: Scottish Bells Challenge Cup: Tue 19th Sept

actually that aint the best pric. My monitor has a sepia blue colour through it and all the colours are the same colour almost which is a bugger for poker but anyhow. 7/5 Boylesports. shit how were they on saturday? Still going backwards poss? I might get something back on that Morton defeat at the weekend yet. shit ill have to read about all these games fiurst. No i cant but id be interested to know.

I think Brechion could be worth a look too or is that just too mad? Nope i rememeber them going there and doing the same thing a couple of seasons ago (im sure) and St Johnstone at home in cups have been vurnerable to lower league teams. Not one to get overly confident about mind as the price suggests. Ill be on them at 12/1 ht/ft as well you all know

Re: Scottish Bells Challenge Cup: Tue 19th Sept

Good to hear that Morton defeat wasnt as bad as it sounded and yes i think its just a plus. Reading about it on p&b
The Pie Shop > Livingston V Morton

Morton will be fired up and they will have the strikeforce. I think im gonna hammer them. 2 old scottish midweek football enemies of the punters in their time but all thats gone out the window with this one. I cant see East Stirling's dream surviving. not read anything in thei performace v stranraer so here's hoping they were as going backward as some of us mentioned d...

heh heh first line fills me with confidence

I can honestly say that is the first time this season `Shire have played really poorly
The Pie Shop > `shire 2 Stranraer 3

aye sod it its payback time on morton i think. Morton in the qst and going the right way imo and East Stirling in the 3rd having a bit of luck and poss going the wrong way. QP battered them in the last round if battering aint too strong a word. With the strikers Morton have im sure however will play will be looking as using this as an opportunity. ht/ft and straight win for me as soon as i see bet365 and sportingbets prices. Might have to sort my boyles account out too for that 7/5.

What you all think? Its that easy isnt it? Isn't it?

Dunfermline will hammer us, we have been on up and down form recently and our 1-1 draw at home to Peterhead has left me fearing the worst, our right back Willie Soutar also left on Friday night which means James (not so) Sharp could be in with a shout of playing if the gaffer moves McKenna from CB to RB, I'm fearing the worst for tomorrow night.

ayr play partick, take it you mean morton instead of partick. St Johnstone are offered at 4/9 in the local a hell of a lot better than 4/11 coupled with their 2-0 win on saturday. LIke the look big time of dunfirmiline and without doubt morton.

Re: Scottish Bells Challenge Cup: Tue 19th Sept

lol look who it is The Man From Seville Good to see you back in one piece Parksy and im sure there's a bar in spain that knows just how much 'clyde and Ross County are bastards!'

Nah dont worry aout the mickey mouse cup on this one parksy Morton are seething for a win. Boiling, stewing, theylll give 100% in any game at the moment although id like to read more of them at the weekend. Team news all important but is it? morton are at full strength and whatever side they send out are chapping at the bit to impress. They are. I played them down for the QOS game wih hindsight, missed their chances, i was on tem an dthe draw at livi and again from what i know they still seemed hngar enough. What better game do they want than to send East Stirling bak home. east stirling the buggers could go one up and scare me shitless but with the price on offer i think ive got a definate edge in this bet. fcuk being moved in so im gonna put my rep on the line

Morton HT/FT 6/4 with Paddy Power 10pts max bet

Re: Scottish Bells Challenge Cup: Tue 19th Sept

Nope can i take that back. I m sorry i havent read up too much on the weekend but i have read pie and bovril threads. I cant commit myself to a bet like that without taking ages looking at it. Im wreckless and im sorry. all i can say is last weekend i was expecting Morton to win as i think their playing well and with new striker Russell im expecting them to actually be quite solid although ive neve really rated them. East stirling were generaly expected by us all to be poorer for the experience and a good team could beat them on saturday. we never knoew eneough about Stranraer as theyve been a bit cloudy. some did like stranraer though. East stirling beat queens park last round but from reports they were hammmered for the rest of the game. You cant play out your skin forever and i think this is a big step too far for east stirling. I think defeat is gonna be good for them. I can see Morton gubbing them and id be very interested in whos up front and any links to their game on saturday

Thanks diezel. I forgot i liked them so much too. Komp DIDDY CUP. No diddy cup only applies in certain cicumstances. If you can look beyond 'the diddy cup curse' you can....set youself up for a fall

Well diddy cup = lower stakes but i like the feel of Dunfermline too. Ive taken them on in similar games and won and this time i like them. 11/10 Corals. I dont know if i can get on that. Nope im due a visit ..nope ownt help. 19/20 ill get and im still interested
