Re: 4 up for eviction

If I can get any sort of sensible price on Steph to go I'll take it - it was an almost impossible task but regardless she didnt make a good stab and it and its been proven time and time again that women voters always stick the knife into other women.

Mario isn't popular but in terms of the task he atleast seemed to try, and the level of dislike isnt anywhere near that of Steph. Any vvotes for him will be diluted by Lisa to some degree too.

Lisa herself hasn't done anything wrong - probably earnt some sympathy if anything, so it looks clear cut to me.

Bit better than 1/2 on betfair. Looks a very good shout to me unless Big Brother fucks about with the eviction process

Re: 4 up for eviction

Yeah, thats the only concern really. The one thing that's stopping me getting involved at the moment is that Friday is still a fair way off, and if the producers fancy making Mario and Lisa out to be the villains of the peice then from what I read they have plenty ammo to do so. All things being equal tho and Steph is probably not more than 1.20 to go.

Re: 4 up for eviction

William Hill's prices:

* Stephanie 1/2
* Marco 11/4
* Lisa 5/1
* Luke 20/1

Yeah I suppose the tweenies will be out in force get rid of Stephanie. The tabloids have painted a very unflattering picture of Marco but he hasn't done too much inside that's detestable.

Re: 4 up for eviction

Well you would suspect that following the normal 'script', Stephanie looks the one.. However I am a tad unsure about the 1/2 price. Although Stephanie didnt really play the secret task well - You have to say that as she is only 18 or 19 how the hell can she suddenly play a girlfriend about to get married - pretty hard on her I'd say. Other than that she aint done a great deal wrong. However as stated at most occasions, girls don't vote for good looking girls !!

Mario..Ok..Done his best with the task, but I don't rate too much of his persona to the audience. However he has struck u a bond with Blind boy Mikey which has helped him a lot. Lisa has done nothing which will probably work in her favour as people just won't vote for her cos they don't know her... As for Luke - he is a dark horse to win and is definately safe.

So it's between Steph and Mario.. I'm sure these prices could chage dependant on the how the personalities are depicted over the next few days..

Looking at Betfair, I know who I'd be on based on prices and it aint Steph..Mario is on 5.0.. (5.5 Laddies)

However last year, there were very little if any eviction shocks as nearly all the fave's went in, and this holds me back from ahving a dabble ..(well at the mo..)

Re: 4 up for eviction

Mario's price is coming in a little (3.00 to lay now on BF) - I doubt I'll have a punt before Friday on this market as the highlights can swing this one as there isn't much in it.

Like you say tho trick - last year most evictions were clear cut and whatever happens its gonna take a lot to save Steph here as the females evicting females trend is constantly underestimated. That said, it sounds like Mario is giving them plenty fodder, and the tabloids are sticking the knife in too...

Re: 4 up for eviction

Hmmm..From last night’s show there's something slightly unpleasant about the way Mario (as far a s I see it) seems to be using Mikey and his disability as a way of drumming up what he thinks is sympathy votes. The way her goes on about it at every opportunity leaves a bitter taste in my mouth and I do not believe he has Mikey’s interests at heart – more he knows that alliegence with a blind competitor will help his support especially this week when he probably knows it’s him or Stephanie.

I didn’t think he looked particularly impressive the way he had a go at Stephanie regarding the ‘what are you seeing me on the wedding morning’ situation and how he accused her of taking the piss out of Mikey when it was obvious she wasn’t thinking that.

To me Stephanie hasn’t done much wrong and she has tried as much as a 19 year old can to pretend to be in love with a sweaty, greasy 42 year old trying desperately to stop his beer gut developing.

I reckon BB want to keep Steph more than Mario (isn’t she best mates with Peter Crouch’s lass?) and I am sure we’ll see more of this emphasis in the next couple of shows. A short straw poll of a few relatives (all female) all want Mario out. Therefore when I look at the prices, well I missed out on the 9/2, I was also too slow on the 10/3 (Paddy) and 3/1 (B365) and 11/4 (WillHill) this morning but I am still going to take a chance on 5/2 (bet365).

Mario to be first evicted @ 5/2 (Bet365) – 6 pt stake

I am going against all the general consensus but hey, if Steph’s price drifts to around even, I may well cover her..

Re: 4 up for eviction

Mario's soapbox moments with Mikey are ridiculous...'Mikey's got a disability, open your eyes' He's using him to try and take the moral highground in every situation, knowing that the others won't have a go back on that particular issue for fear of how its portayed, and thinking that he's coming out looking like a knight in shining armour.

It's pretty obvious, hopefully the voting public aren't dumb enough to be taken in, and I'd never rule anything out with them.

Good price that tho trick - I think the next few nights' highlights will have a bit of an anti Mario feel as he and Lisa are having plenty bitching sessions.

Re: 4 up for eviction

Personally feel that the vapid scouse wannabee, will be shown the door come Friday. My most reliable of Polls has her close to 65% to go this week. Mario's time will come I have no doubt, but do not see it being this week. I am surprised by the fact that Luke who appears to be one of the sneakiest rats in the house, is flying so low under the radar. I must admit to this year being a record for me, in the fact it normally takes me 2 weeks to grow and dislike the HM's, but I already have 11, I would love to see the back of.

Actually he looks a bit like a scrawny rat..

Well it seems that there has been a bit of a move on Mario in the last 12 hours, although this could certainly reverse back by the end of the week. I will keep an eye on the Stephanie price mind, and if it drifts more I may have to cover...

Re: 4 up for eviction

I have to admit I was a panicking twat when it came to this. Because I saw it going out live I quickly fired up Betfair to get good odds before everyone knew, then for some reason lost my marbles and went with the two least likely to go.

I think I was thinking people would feel sorry for the fake couple for having to do the task and I don't like the look of Lisa.

Just thought I'd admit I'm a twat.

The evidence was pretty overwhelming without need of a confession too, Dan. Hahaha.
