Re: 4 up for eviction

Well the market certainly got it wrong.. Thankfully I had bailed out with Steph to break even..

I think Beanie's silent majority certainly came out in their droves..

Bloody hell Mario was about 1.18 to go in the end !

Re: 4 up for eviction

NINE in a row for females evicted first!? WTF!?

43% for Stephanie is quite galling but sentiment isn't free when you have to pick up the phone to register it. A lot of huff and puff on the internet about Mario but they forget to blow the doors down.

Aftereventing from Bettingzone's Market News:

2235: There was a shock in the Big Brother first eviction market on Friday night as Stephanie, matched at 15/1 at Betfair, got her marching orders.

Mario had looked a near certainty to go after being matched at just 1.08 but survived to fight another day.

Mario was trading at 1.17 when the Betfair market was suspended while Steph was 6.6.

Re: 4 up for eviction

1.17? Bleedin eck...when I heard the boos steph got(louder than Mario's) then she was always in trouble - infact my gf decided she didn't like her within about 3 seconds of seeing her, altho quite liked her in the interview.

Hmmm, I guess it just shows again that the type of voter that frequents internet polls/places like Digital Spy isn't that bit a portion of the BB voting public. THat's good news for certain people(ie Dale - he's an absolute non entity, cant string 2 coherent words together and has nothing resembling a personality - but if the silent majority vote for him solely on looks then he might not need much else. I'll still be laying off soon tho as he's as miserable as a housemate gets.)
