I have had a positive yield for a long time. Not enough to give up work though.

I don't do so bad but like Gett1n not enough to jack in work, I've not put any dosh in any of my accounts for around 4 yrs now but just gamble with the winnings.
Its not all clear cut mind as there have been times when i've nearly been wiped out but its swings and roundabouts and things usually turn themselves around.

My lowest has been 3% and the best just over 6% mate. However if you compared the time I spent to putting the money in a high interest account I would be worse off.

I think success is a relative thing .. I havent topped up my racing accounts for 3 years, or thereabout and have taken out about £1000 over that time. So in my own way I am successful because I get to follow my hobby for free. There is a big difference between me and someone doing it full-time, in the same way there's a big difference between me and someone who loses all of the time.
