So the problem is this.
Bet365 poker used to be with Prima/microgaming and on there there were rounders sit and go tournaments where it was possible to enter at various levels between one to five with progressive entry fees with the idea being to reach level 5 and play for a first prize of $3000.
It was possible to replay various levels (apart from 1) with tokens won from previous games. This was something I was doing and had accrued $812 plus buy ins worth of tokens or around $893 in tournament entry fees.
Then last week
Bet365 poker moved from Prima/microgaming to ipoker and ipoker do not have the same rounders promotion.
I have spoken to livechat on six occasions and sent a few e-mails to customer service at
bet365 but basically as there is no rounders promotion all
bet365 are offering me is 6 Jackpot fort Knox tokens worth $50 + $9 buy in.
So basically I have gone from having $812(+ buy in) tokens to only $300 (+$54 buy in)
The problem here is I was given no notification that
bet365 were going to move so I had no chance to use these tokens prior to their move.
Bet 365 say in their e-mails to me that the move was made as they thought it would benefit their customers and feel I have been fairly treated. Their argument is that under the terms and conditions of Rounders the tokens had no monetary value and they have not gained financially. They have also advised that I go to IBAS if I disagree with the decision.
I have e-mailed them back saying I think they should return me tournament tokens of the same value I had prior to their move. I also asked to show me the term and condition where they could withdraw rounders tokens at any time they wished, not give their customer any notice they were going to do so and offer tokens of an inferior value at any time.
They have not replied to this e-mail.
And because they are not replying to my e-mails I don't know what to do next.
I have been to the IBAS website but have no idea what they are likely to decide. I have thought about small claims court but I have been reading the website this morning trying to figure which form to fill in and am left feeling

. I thought i would be able to complete the form on line but it appears I will have to go to the office in person.
The annoying thing is I spent a lot of time getting these tokens. The games were a long grind with some level 3 games lasting 75-80 mins. I had basically got fed up with them and had planned to play a final in the week leading up to
bet365 moving. However twice when I logged in a final had just started and twice I joined up only to wait for around 30 mins only for the table not to fill up. Had I known
Bet365 would be moving I would have waited longer.
The tokens I had still exist within the prima/microgaming network and I cannot access them and somebody will gain financially for this.
So thats my problem. I'd be interested in your views on this.
