Top US winners

So that could be 1-2-3 or 1-2-3-4 as Kim and Curtis were tied.

Top European winners

Stenson H
Karlsson R
Van De Velde J
Havret G
Jacobson F
Hansen A
Noren A

Again, could be just 1-2-3 or 1-2-3-4 as VDV - Noren were tied.

Top GB and Ire

Harrington P
Poulter I
Wood Chris
Howell D
Casey P

That's deffo 1-2-3-4 as Howell and Casey were joint 4th.

My guess would be that all were 1-2-3-4.

On the joint finishers question, you'll probably get dead heat rules on your selections(so if you have someone finishing tied 4th with 1 other player, you'll get 1/2 stake x place odds...if tied with 3 others, you'll get 1/4 stake x place odds etc etc.)
