Re: British Open

Anyone help me please? I had a bet in a Wiliam Hill office on the top American, top European and top GB and Ireland player, doing win doubles and an each-way treble and threw away my betting slip when I saw in the shop on friday evening that two of the players I had were no longer listed in the outright betting.

Well it turns that I THINK..and only THINK... that I ended up with all the three getting a place. Only I'm not sure.

Does anyone know if William Hill were doing 1-2-3-4 for their best European etc markets? And if so, how does it get calculated if, for example in the case of GB and Irish players, your player came joint fourth?

I know I'll need to submit a form, replicate the slip for them and give them some ID if I am due something back so I really would appreciate it if any of you guys could let me know if it would be worth doing it!

Many thanks
