You didn't ask to get up this morning Keema and go to work through streets full of rubbish and piss but someone in power there in Manchester decided that it was alright to sell booze from early on, to allow people to drink openly in the streets and to flaunt what is the law of the land the other 364 days of the year. What happened shouldn't surprise anyone.
If I ran Manchester I'd be levying a clean up fine on the off licenses, bars and pubs in the area. They get to fill their boots while Joe tax paying public gets it in the neck.
