I'd guess that many of the people complaining the place is like a tip would've been quite happy not to have invited all of those Scots to Manchester for a piss-up in the first place - it's not like everyone encouraged them down there to begin with and then complained afterwards.

You're right though, that 30 arrests from all those people isn't that many really.
