Re: 10 May: Croatia
Hrvatski Dragovoljac - Croatia Sesvete
I can't see this game any more on Bwin, but in case if they gave it again i will say something about this match.
This is match between 1st HD, and 2nd Croatia Sesvete. It's last round of Croatian 2nd division. HD had 64, Croatia 63 points. Better team on end of competition will go directly to 1st division, and 2nd placed will play Inter Zapresic for another spot in Croatian 1st division in next season.
Rumors that I heard from some lower division referees are that Croatia will win tomorrow and HD will play Inter Zapresic in two legged match play-offs which they will also lose on the and.
This is story which I can believe because HD is club from Zagreb, and if they go to 1st division than city of Zagreb will have 3 teams in 1st division. Of course problem is in money which clubs recive from their cities. Dinamo as a national champions recive much more money than NK Zagreb which also play in 1st division, and there is no more money in city for one more team because of high money which must go to Dinamo. So HD do not want participate in 1st division because it would be high money risk for small club.
Croatia Sesvete is from Sesvete which is city of their own, but also its one of Zagreb satellite cities. They have rich president (one which wanted to take over Dinamo few years ago), they also have a good coach (former Croatian national team coach, and Niko Kranjcar father, Zlatko Kranjcar), and have some good players with 1st division experience, like Jasmin Agic who played for Rijeka, Dinamo, and was in Austrian 1st division last year. Sesvete is very expanding city, I think now they are 5th or 6th in Croatia, but everybody supports Dinamo there. They even don't have a licence for 1st division, but in Croatia everything is possible so they will probably play in their own ground which has capacity of 3000.
So consider to put some money on Croatia, odds are dropping slightly on away win.
