Re: 3rd May Coca-Cola League Two

E I E I E I O
UP THE FOOTBALL LEAGUE WE GO

What a fantastic season for Hereford, a superb achievement

I'm off to the game tommoz for the celebrations, i've heard (but not confirmed) that its just 3 quid for all supporters to get in as they want a full house.

Here's an article from the official website:
Quote:
Hereford United will entertain Grimsby this Saturday, with the game kicking off a weekend of celebrations for The Bulls. The promotion winning squad will be presented with medals prior to kick off, with the match being followed by a lap of honour.

Although the football could well take a back seat amidst all the celebrations, there is a match going ahead, and Grimsby will come to Edgar Street looking to spoil United's Promotion Party.

With no real meaning on the game, Bulls surpremo, Graham Turner could decide to give some of the squad players a chance to impress on the Edgar Street turf, but the former Wolves man will also be keen to reward those players who have played a big hand in United's promotion campaign.

United haven't beaten Grimsby since the late 80's, and went down to Alan Buckley's men 2-1 earlier in the season.

We'll be bringing some pre-match comment from Edgar Street later this afternoon.

Following the game, the celebrations are set to continue. Saturday evening will see HUISA announce the fans Player of the Year, at the Player of the Year 'do' at Saxty's, and supporters are likely to be nursing heavy hangovers on Sunday morning as they are expected to turn out in their thousands to celebrate once more as the players enjoy an open bus tour through the City.
Should be a cracking day on the cider

Anyhow enough of my nonsense, the serious side is i quite fancy Grimsby to get something here and i'm just off to have a small bet on the DNB at a quite generous 3/1 with bet365, it looks the value all things considered.

I'm also taking Peterbough, Bury, Stockport and Rochdale as i'm in total agreement with whats been already posted.

Good luck
