A bit of that and a bit of they're completely fucked.

Definitely out for the season are Oakes, Abbott, Austin, Valentine, Ryan, Smith (now left club) and Blundell, Foran. These are not reserve players, these are players that would be considered to play a part in the play offs, in some cases a major part.

So thats 8 long term casualties, that will not feature for us at all.

On top of that players still not fit after injury or still injured include Burgess, Brackstone, Purdie, Kennedy, Wright, N'Dumbu N'Sungu, Reay, Hardman, Clarke, Joachim is fit but will not be risked, and a couple of youth teamers that would have been brought in as cover - they're injured too - TWENTY injured players!

Oh and Parker is suspended too, that makes 21.

They were going to give a debut to a 15 year-old but he's not trained all week due to exams so even he may not play. Peterborough are playing their strongest available side and tend to show no mercy to decimated sides.

Given the manner with which Darlo crumbled last week against Dagenham last week the Posh (-1) is my shout at 2/1.
