I think the best they can hope for is a draw to be honest, Derry and even then it's a tall order. All depends on what Rangers turn up tonight (as I said in Cinny's thread). They had a bit of energy about them at Sporting and when you combine that with the big blue blob of players covering the danger areas... s'not easy. Their defence at times though can be shocking as we know.
So far, I think they've been a bit lucky in that the sides they've faced have been so toothless in attack. Even Fiorentina looked pretty darn ordinary to me and lacked any real cutting edge or 'oomph'. They should be running at this Ranger's side as they're all so gangly and awkward and clumsy. Even I'd turn half of them inside out.
Ehm, so what I'm saying is. I have no idea what I'd fancy betting on in this.
I'd possibly take a chance on the home side coming out all guns blazing, running at these gangly Ranger's players from all angles, Ranger's having a torrid time, collapsing, and Fiorentina leading HT @ 2.15 with
