It'll be close on the scoreboard I'd say, but maybe not low-scoring.
In the last 3 years they've met 7 times and only 3 have been under 38 points - the 10-3 in Musgrave park in the storm in November last, the 25-11 from Musgrave the previous year, and the 30-6 from the HEC 2006 semi.
Most of the matches with Leinster at home have been the higher-scoring ones too. You have to go back to 2004 and 2003 (when the clashes were fairly toothless affairs between 2nd string sides at the start of september) for lower scoring ones (i.e. below 38). Full stats
