Yesterday afternoon's Bettingzone Market News:
1415: Barack Obama is 11/4 with
William Hill to win both the Ohio and Texas Primaries - possibly landing a fatal blow to
Hillary Clinton's chances in the process.
Hills make Clinton 15/4 to win both.
"At the moment, Hillary has been heavily backed for Ohio and Barack for Texas, so these two results may not be conclusive," said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.
Hills are offering 7/1 that Clinton will quit the race before midnight on Sunday (British time - 1/16 still to be in) and 16/1 that Obama will do so (1/100 still to be in).
Odds from
Bet365 about today's various Democratic and Republican primaries:
I can't see beyond what's stated. The Texans seem to me to be embracing Barack Obama which is a bit of a surprise. The organised female vote in Ohio (much like what happened in New Hampshire to the surprise of many) should ensure Hillary Clinton finishes ahead over there though.
