Well going purely on yesterday's matches, Bulit, Peya (1.25), Lee (1.46) and Johannsson (1.38) all lost. Then there the likes of Soderling (1.08) and Blake (1.10) who lost the first set before coming back to win, but which would've given a nice opportunity to lay them back after the first set to ensure a profit.

There are always quite a few surprise results around, it's just a question of finding them.

And on a separate note, if you're backing heavy favourites, I hope for your sake that you use a bookie that voids bets if a player retires injured?
