Re: The Scot's 1-2-3 Thread - 20th Jan

Dumbarton should win to me Edin but im always wary of getting involved in games involving stenhousemuir. they could come out and suprise and im not betting against them not to. McCulloch is a good signing and there wont be lack of fight in the stenhousmuir team with him and Henderson playing. Berwick i still like and ive already taken a little of montrose i think. Arbroath? Once bitted twice shy with me im afraid Edin. I might rake them ht/ft in small stakes just on the back of me not backing them and not being able to catch them if you know what i mean

Suppose even with the uncertainty of the games going a head its best to be prepared. Just gonna read down BBC team news. I wa just about to say i might look at Dundee if i can get evens and when i clicked on my bets i aw i had taken QOS at 4.90. Must be a draw. I aint getting involved no more.

Need news on Clyde but that 1.97 looks ok. Bah its gonna be a draw aint it? Maybe i should just lay Ross as an experiment to myself. Clyde's home record and record v Ross surely means a Ross win is highly unlikely? Revenge for the cup final defeat? Evens with bet365. I would take that if i could i suppose. Instead im laying Ross..actually i cant afford to lay teams. I hate all this single bet betfair nonsense too

***actually just noticed that Dene Shields will be making his debut for Ross today from Gretna. He was at Stirling Albion on loan this season and he was playing well for them and scoring goals. Could be worth one tomorrow. I suppose a 1-1 draw would be the call possibly.

I'd be interested in seeing if Ryan Baldacchino returns for Gretna as he's pretty creative on the wing and i think he makes a team tick at times. Livi would be my bet at the prices today though. I had a little of the 7.00 on them. think i'll leave it as that though.

Hamilton Accies v Partick Thistle

Hamilton boss Billy Reid said his side face "a catalogue of injuries" ahead of the game with Partick Thistle.
"We have lost six points out of six against Partick, which is disappointing," said Reid.

Partick Thistle manager Dick Campbell has a near full-strength squad available for the game.

Craig Sives is Thistle's only absentee with a pelvic injury, while new signing Allan Russell is expected to play his second game for the club up front.

Accies have a poor record against Partick this season and, despite the shortage of personnel, Reid is determined to put that right.

He said: "We have lost six points out of six against Partick, which is disappointing. Every game in this league is difficult and this one will be no different but we are looking to make amends."
I'll have a look into who they're still missing lobster. i suppose Partick on the road have always to be considered I'd be after a slightly better price i think though. Its a mibbee.

Airdrie look ok for their visit to St J. Again theyre just too nice a price for a game that should be closer than the odds suggest.
