Hills 'football rules' - not that I use them online as theyre rarely top price at anything:
"An unplayed, postponed or abandoned match will be treated as a 'Non-Runner' for settling purposes unless it is played during the same 'Football Week' (Monday - Monday (GMT / BST Time), in which case the bet will stand unless cancelled by mutual consent. If 'Non-Runners' reduce an accumulator, the remaining selections will be settled irrespective of the minimums detailed in Rule 2. Under no circumstances will the judgement of any 'Pools Panel' be accepted as a result."
If I remember rightly I had other winners involved & expected it paid as a non-runner, but they informed me in the shop after ringing head office that although the weather was still horrendous they were officially trying to play the following night, but I argued that I knew there was injury news on the night that had led me to take the bet, but they wouldnt have it. One of the strikers had flu or something....anyway, they did indeed play the following night in a swimming bath & the bloke concerned played if I remember correctly & although I cant remember the result it screwed my bet....& I didnt bet in
